The Highfield Level 2 Award in Employment Awareness in Active Leisure and Learning (RQF) is designed to support learners in gaining a better understanding of employment rights and responsibilities, the active leisure and learning sector and the employing organisation.
The qualification forms a mandatory component of all intermediate apprenticeships in the active leisure, learning and well-being sector and meets the nine aims of the national outcomes specified by the Specification of Apprenticeship Standards for England (SASE) employment rights and responsibilities.
The objective of this qualification is to meet relevant programmes of learning and prepare learners for employment, giving learners the opportunity to learn and evidence their knowledge and competency either as part of an apprenticeship or as a standalone qualification.
